Use of Treklify

We strive to ensure the Treklify website is available. All services are provided on a best-effort basis. After account creation, you can access Treklify.

You are responsible for all data and information associated with your account and/or the Treklify site. If you find any data inaccuracies or incompleteness, notify Treklify immediately and provide correct information. You are responsible for keeping your data up-to-date.

Treklify may impose additional restrictions or conditions on certain features or functionalities of the network, such as account creation, verification processes, or specific quality or suitability standards.

You are solely responsible for your use of Treklify and must comply with the following:

Using automated tools or processes to index or scrape data from Treklify on the Internet;

Engaging in illegal activities or activities that breach public morality or order;

Copying (part of) the Treklify website;

Causing harm to Treklify in any other way.

In case of suspected criminal activities, Treklify reserves the right to report offenses and provide user data to authorities. We may also deny access to the site or terminate use during investigations.

Apart from legal obligations, you bear the risk of any losses resulting from failure to adhere to these terms.

Price and taxes

Please be aware that the price of a treklify.com subscription may be shown in EUR (€), the website's default currency, or in your local currency. The amount charged to your credit card will match the exact price displayed on the website at the time of your purchase.

To subscribe to treklify.com, please register for an account before placing your order. During the ordering process, make sure to provide your payment information.

The pricing details for the treklify.com subscription are as follows:

• For the first 24 hours after registration, you are eligible to try treklify.com for a fee specified on the site ("Trial Period"). This trial period lasts 24 hours and costs 0.50 GBP. If you do not cancel your account within this period, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis.
• At the end of the 24-hour trial period, unless you cancel within this time frame, a monthly subscription will automatically begin at the rate specified on the site. Unless canceled, this subscription will continue to renew automatically each month, and the card on file will be charged accordingly.
• The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current subscription month ends. We may charge you for the next month's subscription if you do not unsubscribe from the service.
• If you do not unsubscribe from the service, you will be charged for the next subscription period at the beginning of that period. You can cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting our support team via email.
• You must maintain a valid credit or debit card on file to cover any recurring monthly subscription fees. It is your responsibility to keep your card details and contact information up to date while using treklify.com. Your subscription is not determined by how frequently you use treklify.com. Once a payment is processed for your subscription, you will receive a payment notification from us. Receipts for all payments are available upon request.

Security and Accounts

You are responsible for securing your (mobile) devices used to access the Treklify site and for keeping your login details confidential.

To use the site, you need to create an account.

Accounts can be registered with an email address and password unless stated otherwise.

Unless specified otherwise, you can create an account using an email address and password.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and should not share them with third parties. If you suspect that your login details have been lost, stolen, or are being used without authorization, contact Treklify immediately. You are accountable for all activities conducted through your account unless you can demonstrate otherwise. This includes failing to report unauthorized use or loss of your login credentials.

Access

Treklify only provides access to its own website and is not responsible for the services of network operators linked to the site.

Information and figures displayed on the Treklify website may contain typographical errors.

Users should promptly provide Treklify with all necessary information needed to access and use the Treklify network as indicated by Treklify or reasonably understood to be necessary.

Treklify is not liable for any damages caused by inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the user, unless Treklify was aware of such inaccuracies or incompleteness.

Availability of Treklify

Treklify does not guarantee that the service will always meet your expectations. While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Treklify website, we cannot ensure that it will always be fully operational. Treklify reserves the right to suspend access if it determines that there is a threat to the optimal functioning of the network and to take all necessary measures to maintain the effective operation of the website.

Notice and Takedown

If there is an infringement of Treklify's or third parties' rights, or if the user engages in illegal activities, Treklify reserves the right to immediately close the affected part of the network or restrict the user's access. We will promptly remove any infringing or harmful information. In any case, Treklify will not be liable for damages resulting from temporary service interruptions or the deletion or transmission of data.

Payment

Access to the Treklify network depends on the user's regular payment of fees. You can review the content and applicable terms before entering into an agreement with Treklify.

If the user fails to meet the terms of the agreement or other conditions, Treklify has the right to terminate the agreement and/or suspend or end access to the network.

Responsibility

To use the Service, you must confirm that: a) you have legally obtained the phone number you wish to track with the owner's prior consent, and b) you do not intend to use the Service for any unlawful purposes. Additionally, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Treklify is not responsible for any loss of data or programs resulting from the use of the Service.

Subscription and Refund

Unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable monthly fee to your payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time and will have access until the end of the billing period. If you cancel before the period ends and the service has not been used, a refund may be issued. However, refunds are not available for the current month if the service has been provided, and we do not offer refunds for partial months. If the service has not been performed and you meet the terms, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction.

If the credit card used during registration does not have sufficient funds for payment, your account will be canceled.

Limitation of Liability

From the moment you use the Treklify website, you are responsible for any losses incurred by Treklify, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Force Majeure

Treklify will not be held responsible if it is unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure. If Treklify cannot meet its obligations for reasons beyond its control, it will have no obligation to do so. The account is non-transferable according to law, legal acts, or general practices.

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, the legal definitions of: (i) failure of the developer to perform properly, (ii) defects in equipment, software, or third-party materials, (iii) government actions, (iv) power outages, (v) failures in internet, data networks, and telecommunications (e.g., cybercrime and hacking), (vi) natural disasters, (vii) wars and terrorist attacks, and (viii) other situations deemed beyond Treklify's control that prevent it from fulfilling its obligations. In such cases, Treklify is exempt from fulfilling its obligations.

If additional circumstances prevent Treklify from meeting its obligations, Treklify is entitled to invoke force majeure.

Agreements with Third Parties

Treklify provides only its own website and is not responsible for arrangements and agreements between users and third parties. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to third parties. Any consequences of inaccuracies or incompleteness are the user's responsibility and risk.

Intellectual Property

Users are strictly prohibited from infringing on Treklify's intellectual property and reputation. All intellectual property and copyright related to the Treklify website, including graphics and creative works, are exclusively owned by Treklify and are not transferred to users.

Users have non-exclusive rights to use the Treklify network for personal and private purposes.

The Treklify network program remains the property of Treklify. The software may only be used in conjunction with agreements already signed by users and for network services. Users are prohibited from altering or removing any instructions related to Treklify's intellectual property or any legal requirements for trademarks or logos that are not legible on the Treklify website.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the services provided via the Treklify website, you must report your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the reason for the complaint arises. Treklify will respond as quickly as possible.

Complaints must be fully substantiated and explained so that Treklify can address and assess them.

Any costs and risks from malfunctions or problems caused by improper use are the user's responsibility.
